Weinel, McGarrah

Butler residents Jennifer Weinel and Kevin McGarrah exchanged wedding vows at 3:30 p.m. June 26 at First English Lutheran Church in Butler. The Rev. James Dallhopf officiated. A reception followed at The Atrium in Prospect.

The bride is the daughter of Joe Weinel of Hermitage and Joyce Isles of Grove City. Parents of the bridegroom are Mark McGarrah and Carol Grystar, both of Butler.

The honor attendant was Tara Craft of Columbus, Ohio. Bridesmaids were Chelsea Weinel and Cassie Denniston, both of Grove City; Chris McGarrah and Rachel Goettler, both of Butler; Fay Crum of Richmond, Va.; Mandy Carlson of Pittsburgh; and Kelly Zakel of Metaire, La. The flower girl was Adrianna McGarrah of Butler.

Performing the duties of best man was Jerry McGarrah of Butler. Groomsmen were Andrew Goettler and Dave Rock, both of Butler; Mike McCarren of Charlotte, N.C.; Chris Good of Titusville; Jake Delsandro of Erie; Brandon Fratto of Grove City; and Josh Schachter of Pittsburgh. The ring bearers were Teagan Weinel and Micah Weinel, both of Hermitage.

The bride graduated in 1996 from Grove City High School and in 2000 from Allegheny College. She works as a social studies teacher at Laurel High School in New Castle.

The bridegroom graduated in 1996 from Butler High School and in 2000 from Allegheny College. He works for McGarrah Construction in Butler.

After honeymooning in Maui, Hawaii, the couple is living in Butler.
