11:15 a.m. Monday - Vehicles driven by Charlotte Desmond, 69, of Saxonburg and Laura Miller, 18, of Vandergrift, Westmoreland County, collided at Silverview Drive and Route 356.
10:32 a.m. Monday - A sheriff's vehicle driven by Damon Hoak, 28, and a van driven by Jason Castilyn, 32, both of Butler, collided at Route 28 and Lardintown Road in Clinton Township.Monday - Four bicycles and a leaf blower were taken between 7 a.m. Sunday and 6 p.m. from a shed in a burglary at a Carbon Center Road home in Clearfield Township.5 p.m. Sunday - A car driven by Amy Fend, 17, of Butler and a mini-van driven by Tracy Ambrose, 29, of Cabot collided on Schnur Road in Summit Township. Sarah Hlebiczki, 17, of Cabot, a passenger in the car not wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.Saturday - An unknown hunter using a black powder rifle between 8:15 and 9 a.m. fired a .44-caliber hollow-point bullet, which accidentally struck the house of Frank Smicik Jr. on Schmelder Lane in Winfield Township.
2:03 a.m. Monday - A car driven by Stacey Rapp, 18, of Grove City struck a deer on Route 208 in Springfield Township, Mercer County.3 a.m. Sunday - Ted Opitz, 38, of Grove was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck a tree and wooden fence at Enterprise and Webster roads in Pine Township, Mercer County. Opitz, who was wearing a seat belt, had moderate injuries.
