Jeffrey Allan McPherson, 45, of Butler waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed July 12 by state police.

Kacy Teri Anderson, 20, of Freeport waived to court two counts of driving under the influence filed July 7 by Slippery Rock Police.

Jason Robert Shields, 25, of Slippery Rock waived to court two counts of driving under the influence and one count of fleeing or eluding an officer filed June 4 by state police.

Matthew James Brenneman, 23, of Butler waived to court two counts of driving under the influence filed June 2 by state police.

Shirley Elaine Mawhinney, 39, of Portersville waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property filed April 24 by state police.
