BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Ethan P. Brinks, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 13 by Butler Township police. Brinks was ordered to pay $429.50 in fines and court costs.

Nicole E. Brown, 24, of Petrolia waived to charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 11 by Butler Township police.

David B. Busin, 51, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Dec. 15 by state police.

Kenneth M. Donohue, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, careless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Dec. 1 by Butler Township police.

Sheila Duncan, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 1 by Butler Township police. Duncan was ordered to pay $386.50 in fines and court costs.

Gary W. Fair, 36, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving on the wrong side of the road and a lane violation, filed Dec. 26 by Butler Township police.

Joshua R. Herald, 20, of East Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed Dec. 1 by Butler Township police.

Michael A. McPherson Sr., 51, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 26 by Butler Township police. McPherson was ordered to pay $341.50 in fines and court costs.

Tammy L. Michel, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 1 by Butler Township police.

Michael K. Pisarcik, 46, of Grove City waived to court a charge of theft, filed Dec. 22 by Butler Township police.

Elizabeth A. Quick, 46, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Dec. 18 by Butler Township police.

Carrie L. Riddle, 27, of West Sunbury waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 8 by Butler Township police.

Louis A. Saulle, 31, of Cabot waived to court a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed Dec. 1 by state police.

Adam J. Smith, 22, of Petrolia waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, attempted theft and criminal mischief, filed Nov. 25 by Butler Township police.

James A. Sopher Jr., 22, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving, filed Nov. 26 by Butler Township police.

Mathew J. Walker, 21, of Fenelton waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, attempted theft and criminal mischief, filed Nov. 25 by Butler Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Brian Scott Logue, 37, of Chicora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment in one case filed Jan. 16, and charges of driving under the influence, reckless driving and careless driving in another case filed Oct. 27.Benjamin A. Oesterling, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 6.Brittney Piekarski, 20, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, DUIby a minor, careless driving and a stop sign violation, filed Dec. 8.Steve Plavi, 49, of Cabot was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Nov. 12.James H. Preston Jr., 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, a stop sign violation and not using turn signals, filed Oct. 23.Brandon K. Shirley, 27, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Dec. 30.
