Tuesday — Melissa Pinch reported two children's bicycles were stolen either Monday or Tuesday from the backyard of her McKinley Avenue home.One bike is a black and yellow, 20-inch Mongoose model; the other is a 16-inch Spiderman model.9:27 p.m. Thursday — Christopher Otto, 21, of Center Township was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer after his car collided with another car at Hansen Avenue and Pillow Street.Police said they tried to stop Otto, but he sped off, traveling west on Pillow Street. He drove through a red light at the intersection with Hansen Avenue and broadsided a car driven by Michael McKivigan, 37, of Butler Township.Otto continued onto Fairground Hill Road in Butler Township but lost control of his car and hit a guardrail.

Tuesday — A 2003 Yamaha motorcycle was stolen between 2 and 6:30 a.m. from the Freeport Road home of Christopher Zedreck in Summit Township.Zedreck told police the motorcycle, valued at $7,700, is black with red flame designs on its fairings. The vehicle has the Pennsylvania license plate MJX-74.6:34 p.m. Monday — Robert Nolan Jr., no age given, of Summit Township was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 422 in Connoquenessing Township.Monday — Assorted pieces of beef valued at $1,500 were stolen between 9 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Monday in a burglary at Fines Meatpacking on Saxonburg Road in Jefferson Township.
