SLIPPERY ROCK — A Teddy Bear Tea will be from 2 to 4 p.m. April 28 at the Methodist Church, 130 Franklin St.The Slippery Rock Community Library is sponsoring the tea for children and adults.In addition to sandwiches and cookies, there will be a movie and children are encouraged to take their favorite Teddy Bear dressed in a costume.Prizes will be given for the most elegant, most original, funniest and cutest Teddy Bear outfits.
