Quilt show set at Lutherlyn

Camp Lutherlyn, 500 Lutherlyn Lane, will host the Woodland Quilters’ Garden Party Quilt Show from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

There will be quilt displays, raffle quilts, vendors, dream baskets and a Chinese auction. Lunch will be available.

Proceeds from the show will benefit the Lutherlyn Campership Fund.

Library holds new-to-you sale

FREEPORT — The Freeport Library, 428 Market St., will have a New-to-You Sale from noon to 4 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, noon to 4 p.m. Oct. 24 and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 25.

Hundreds of treasures will be available including estate pieces, mid-century kitchen and household items, china and crystal dinnerware, vintage handbags, estate and costume jewelry, sports memorabilia, Boyd’s Bears, and collectibles among other things.

Proceeds will go toward the library’s operating expenses.

Garage sale, craft show slated

There will be a garage sale and craft show from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the South Butler Township Fire Hall, 98 Old Plank Road.
