SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Jeffrey Arend, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence and underage drinking, filed Sept. 29 by Middlesex Township police.

William Bosanac, 27, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Oct. 11 by Middlesex Township police.

Robert McCall, 37, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court a number of criminal charges, including five counts of theft, four counts each of conspiracy and receiving stolen property, and one count each of burglary, trespass and criminal mischief, filed in separate cases July 27, and Aug. 1 and 18.

Charles McCulloch, 36, of Leechburg, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, and following too closely to another vehicle, filed Sept. 28 by Buffalo Township police.

Jordon Miller, 21, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road and speeding, filed Oct. 6 by state police.

Casey Montgomery, 19, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 18 by state police.

Joseph Reed, 27, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 5 by Middlesex Township police.

Molly Watson, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed Sept. 28 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard this case:Joseph David Rudish, 19, of 154 Beatty Road, Slippery Rock, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Rudish Nov. 10 with use or possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, fraud, disregard of traffic lane, careless driving and failure to use safety belt system.
