CENTER TWP — A spaghetti dinner to benefit Brian's Ride for cystic fibrosis is set for 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Rider Lutheran Church, 189 Rider Church Road. Cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children. Takeouts will be available.
Brian McCandless of West Sunbury, who has cystic fibrosis, will bicycle 2,000 miles to Tallahassee, Fla., in May to increase awareness and raise funds for research.
The Butler County chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will contribute $1 for every $3 earned at the fundraiser.

ZELIENOPLE — The Autism Society of Butler County will host its annual Bowling for Autism event from noon to 4:30 p.m. Sunday at Freeway Lanes, 22406 Perry Highway.A$50 donation is requested for each team of five people.
