Time Capsule
LIBRARY EQUIPMENT — Audio-visual equipment, purchased with a federal grant, is used in the children’s department at the Butler Public Library to motivate children to read. The idea for the program was conceived by librarians Nancy Kaufman, above, and Joy Mazar. Haley West and Randy Welling, both of Butler, are listening to their favorite story on tape and following along in their books on April 13, 1976.
