The following defendants were sentenced Thursday, March 7, and Friday, March 8, in Common Pleas Court.
Christopher K. Aiken, 29, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was sentenced to serve six to 23 months in prison followed by 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to forgery and conspiracy to commit retail theft charges filed by Cranberry Township police following a July 7 incident.
Samuel A. Harker, 25, of Butler was sentenced to serve 90 days to 12 months in prison followed by 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to two disorderly conduct charges filed by Adams Township police for a Nov. 3 incident. His sentence included having a mental health evaluation and following any recommendations, and notes that he would benefit from behavioral court supervision.
Joseph T. Bailie IV, 47, of Butler was sentenced to serve five days to six months in prison, pay fines totaling $2,800 and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to driving under the influence, general impairment, and driving with a blood alcohol content of .02% or more, his second DUI offense, filed by state police following an April 5 incident in Butler Township.
Monalisa Alexandru, 24, unknown address, was sentenced to serve 30 days to 12 months in prison followed by 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a felony retail theft charge filed by Cranberry Township police following an Oct. 9 incident.
Jennifer V. Young, 50, of Washington, Pa., was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in prison, pay fines totaling $1,025 and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of a controlled substance charges filed by state police following a March 5, 2021, incident in Butler.
Clinton A. Bonetti IV, 24, of Butler was sentenced to serve 84 months of probation including 14 months of house arrest, pay a $2,500 fine and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his third DUI offense filed by state police following an Aug. 25, 2022, incident in Winfield Township.
Heidi A. Bricker, 42, of Evans City was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 30 days of house arrest, pay a $750 fine and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to her second DUI offense filed by Zelienople police following a June 17 incident.
Steven L. Bowser Sr., 39, of Petrolia was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and complete 50 hours of community service after pleading no contest to criminal mischief and agricultural trespassing charges filed by the game commission following a Sept. 28, 2022, incident in Cherry Township.
Annellyse M. Libby, 28, of Meadville was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation, complete 50 hours of community service and pay $2,809 in restitution to Walmart after pleading guilty to a felony retail theft charge filed by Butler Township police following an April 15 incident.
Mark Owens, 46, of Butler was sentenced to serve six months of probation and pay a $300 fine after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance filed by Adams Township police following an Aug. 6, 2022 incident.
Emily D. Rickman, 39, of New Kensington was sentenced to serve six months of probation after pleading guilty to a theft charge filed by state police following a Feb. 25, 2020, incident in Winfield Township.
Preston C. Edmands, 40, of Erie was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay a $300 fine and complete litter pickup after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by Jackson Township police following a March 27, 2023, incident.
Terry K. Trent, 78, of Volant was sentenced to serve six months of probation including five days of house arrest after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense filed by state police following a March 2, 2023, incident in Muddy Creek Township.
Thomas J. Tallon III, 45, of Glenshaw was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 105 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $2,500 and complete litter pickup and 100 hours of community service after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of drugs, his second DUI offense, and driving with a suspended license filed by Adams Township police following an April 27, 2018, incident.
Shawn E. Hart, 54, of Vandergrift was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 105 days of house arrest, pay a $1,500 fine and complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of drugs, his second DUI offense, filed by state police following a Nov. 15, 2022, incident in Buffalo Township.
