CRANBERRYTWP — District Judge KelleyStreib recently heard these cases:

Paul Martinez, 22, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 28 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault and harassment.

Shelly Harper, 40, of CranberryTownship waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 20 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Stephen Michael Derkas, 46, of McKeesport, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 25 by the CranberryTownship police with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Robert Ray Glasser, Jr., 29, of Freedom, Beaver County, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and was ordered to pay $353.50 in fines and court costs. He had been charged by the Cranberry Township police on Feb. 9.

EVANSCITY —- District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Jennifer A. Hodill, 52, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 1 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Kasey Rose Dishman, 19, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 25 by the state police with manufacturing/deliver/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and hindering apprehension/prosecution.Pam Vukman, 42, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 9 by the Adams Township police with four counts of harassment and making a false report to law enforcement.Jason Daniel Kerchner, 22, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 9 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, passing on the left unsafely, failure to obey duties at a stop sign and failure to yield at a yield signal.Erica Anderson, 20, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 6, 2005, by Butler County detectives with two counts of manufacturing/deliver/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.Michael Joseph Bombik, 22, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 14 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and following too closely.Vicki Kenney, 41, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 28 by the Jackson Township police with simple assault and harassment.Jason Allen Gettman, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 25 by the state police with simple assault and harassment.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner heard these following cases:Benjamin Francis Rodgers, 22, of 200 Independence Drive, Apt. B8, Butler, waived his case to court. Slippery Rock police charged Rodgers Jan. 9 with driving under the influence and drive wrong way.Matthew Curtis Montague, 24, of Wyncote had his case held for court. State police charged Montague Feb. 6 with driving under the influence and duties at stop sign.Justin Mark Kramer, 21, of Warren waived his case to court. Slippery Rock police charged Kramer Feb. 8 with driving under the influence, one-way roadways and exceeding 25 miles per hour in a residential district.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Timmy John Burns, 44, of Harrisville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving too fast for conditions, a lane violation, careless driving, reckless driving, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 24.Ronald Fleeger, 54, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, a lane violation, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Dec. 12.Ronald Scott George, 39, of Glenshaw, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and trespass, filed Feb. 12.Christopher Laird, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and reckless driving, filed Dec. 30.Alfonso Peralta, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 26.John Ruggiero, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and theft of services, filed Jan. 14.Richard Schrecengost, 35, of Butler waived to court a DUIcharge filed Dec. 31.Nathaniel Lee Smith, 23, of Petrolia waived to court charges of corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors, filed Oct. 15.Eric Steighner, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 22.
