“Deshon Treetops” by Aryl Bashline won first place in the photography category of the Associated Artists of Butler County's annual Nature & Wildlife Exhibit. The show continues through Oct. 7.

The Associated Artists of Butler County announced the winners of the annual Nature & Wildlife exhibit at the opening reception Friday.

The winning entries are:

3D sculpture, fiber arts“Undulate” and “Trillium Willow,” both by Wanda Spangler-Warren, first and second respectively, and “Water Lilly Bag” by Lillian Reynolds Reeher, third.

Watercolor“Uninvited Guest” by Mary Kay Richardson, first; “Cinco the Elephant” by Carroll Klingensmith, second; and “In Defense of the Fields” by Lillian Reynolds Reeher, third.

Pastels, drawings“Fighting Lion” by Gloria Peterson, first, and “Flicker” and “Brown Pelican,” both by T.J. Sheehan, second and third respectively.

Mixed media“Trees Quilt My Earth” and “The Spider’s Web,” both by Lillian Reynolds Reeher, first and second respectively, and “Garden” by Mary Bittner, third.

Photography“Deshon Treetops” by Aryl Bashline, first, and “Merlin’s Eye” and “Seaside Sentinel,” both by Tina Shearer, second and third respectively.

Oil, acrylics“Grouse with Grapes” by Mark Anderson, first; “Peach Seeds” by Dona Boots, second; and “On the Prowl” by Linda Hynes, third.The Nature & Wildlife Exhibit remains on display through Oct. 7.
