10:09 p.m. Friday — Patricia Wise, 28, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence at North McKean and East New Castle streets. She was also cited for a lane change violation.Frederick Eggleton, 25, of Butler, a passenger and owner of the car, was cited for public drunkenness.2:30 a.m. Friday — George Martin, 28, of 313 M. Monroe St. was arrested for allegedly trying to break into Joy Liu's China Massage Therapy on North Main Street.Police were called after someone spotted a man hiding in a doorway at the business. The suspect was arrested a short time later.Police said Martin allegedly tried to get into the business by breaking a window on the northeast corner of the building. He is charged with attempted burglary, loitering or prowling at night, criminal mischief and public drunkenness.3:26 p.m. Thursday — John Johnston, 20, of Butler was cited for several vehicle offenses after a traffic stop on Wallula Avenue, near his home.He was cited for driving with a suspended license, and driving a vehicle without insurance, and without valid inspection and registration.Police, meanwhile, arrested Patricia Johnston, 41, of Butler, on a warrant after she showed up at the traffic stop. Patricia Johnston shares the same address as John Johnston, however, their relationship was not known this morning.

12:40 a.m. Sunday — Kirk Ruth, 37, of Fenelton was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Route 422 and Old Route 422 in Franklin Township.2:30 a.m. Saturday — John Ruggiero, 28, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence a short time after leaving the Eat 'N' Park restaurant, Clearview Mall in Center Township, allegedly without paying his bill.Friday — A silver, 1995 Suzuki Sidekick sport utility vehicle was reported stolen from Kriess Road in Connoquenessing Township. The four-door vehicle, with Pennsylvania license plate FXW58056, was taken between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Deborah Fullerton of Cabot owns the vehicle.Friday — An unidentified vehicle between 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. struck the side of the Unionville Volunteer Fire Department on Mahood Road in Center Township and damaged a wall.Friday — Someone between 8:30 p.m. Thursday and 7:30 a.m. Friday vandalized a vacuum island at the Kristy Klean Car Wash in Jefferson Township. Damage was estimated between $2,500 and $3,000.
