EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Melissa Kuss, 20, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged July 13 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving under the influence with impaired ability and careless driving.

Jennifer E. Roche, 23, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged June 22 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol between .10 and .16, disregard of flashing red signal and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.

James G. Hague, 53, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 22 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol of .16 or above.

CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:David William Piroth, 32, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 9 by Cranberry police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Susan Marthaler, 38, of Cranberry Township case was held to court. She was charged June 1 by the Cranberry police for writing bad checks.Andrew Hiles, 19, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged June 28 by the Cranberry Township police with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and giving false identification to law enforcement officials.Derik D. Stewart, 22, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 11 by Cranberry Township police with attempted theft by unlawful taking.Doreen M. Halicek, 35, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged June 9 by Cranberry police with driving under the influence of alcohol, general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol between .10 and .16 and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.Robert James Barr, 49, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 17 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol between .10 and .16 and careless driving.Jeffrey T. Broskey, 29, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 11 by Cranberry Township police with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a controlled substance, driving with no headlights and driving with a suspended license.Dayna Rutherford, 46, of New Castle waived her case to court. She was charged June 1 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol of .16 or above.Gregory David Dischman, 41, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court.
