Ken and Irene Crispin of East Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage recently with a gathering of friends and family hosted by their children.

The former Irene Heasley married Crispin on Oct. 22, 1955, at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

They have three children, Ken Crispin Jr., Kathy Doles and Kelly Stephenson, all of East Butler.

They also have seven grandchildren.

Crispin is retired from Armco.

Mrs. Crispin is retired from Marmon/Keystone.

The couple belongs to St. Paul Roman Catholic Church. They enjoy traveling, camping and boating with their family.
