1:30 a.m. Thursday - A 16-year-old Pittsburgh boy reportedly escaped from Summit Academy on Herman Road in Summit Township. The youth, Deron Nixon is described as black, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.Thursday - About 27 locks were damaged at O'Donnell Storage on Red Dog Road in Center Township. The vandalism occurred between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 7:45 a.m. Thursday.11 p.m. Wednesday - Joseph Lupinacci, 40, of Clintonville, Venango County, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his vehicle struck a tree along Higgins Road in Venango Township. Lupinacci and Timothy Fedor, 32, of Clintonville, a passenger in the vehicle, suffered minor injuries. Neither occupant was wearing a seat belt.Wednesday - An aluminum regulation rack was taken Tuesday or Wednesday from a Central Electric substation on Knoch Road in Jefferson Township.Monday - A Craftsman, 25-gallon, 5-horsepower air compressor was taken from a garage in an overnight burglary at a Weiland Road home in Concord Township.
7:55 a.m. Tuesday - Randall A. Peevey, 26, of Grove City, was arrested on East Pine Street for furnishing alcohol to minors following the investigation of an incident on Feb. 21.Monday - A 26-inch Schwinn mountain bike was found on Tidball Avenue. The owner may claim it at the police department.June 5 - Vicki L. Seelbaugh, 44, of 433 McConnell St. was cited for harboring a dangerous dog, confinement of dogs and failure to license a dog after an animal she owned bit a 16-year-old girl on May 11.11:27 p.m. June 4 - Frank Confer, 42, of 306 Princeton St. was arrested for public drunkenness on South Broad Street. Confer was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.May 27 - Police filed a juvenile petition on a 17-year-old male from Grove City for loitering and prowling at night, possessing instruments of crime, criminal mischief and criminal conspiracy to commit criminal mischief. Charges stem from an incident May 9 involving graffiti in the borough.
