Howard G. Madison of Butler passed away Tuesday at the VNA Hospice.

He was born Sept. 16, 1950, to the late Graham Madison and Angeline (Matuke) Madison.

He is survived by his companion, Stephanie Smith; two sons; two daughters, and a sister.
