Mildred Arletta Rudish, 84, of Cabot, passed away on Monday, Jan. 22, 2024, at her home.

Born Aug. 1, 1939, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Edwards and Ethel Reamer Edwards.

She worked at Du-Co Ceramics and drove bus for Bauman Bus Company for over 30 years. She was a member of Zion Methodist Community Church, where she taught Sunday school. She enjoyed bowling, bingo and spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids.

Surviving are her loving husband, Gerald Rudish, whom she married April 10, 1959; her son, Scott (Ruth) Rudish of Cabot; her daughter, Sue Soergel of Valencia; sister, Janet Sepich of Butler; five grandchildren, Steven Rudish of Cabot, Justin (Caitlin) Rudish of Butler, Matthew (Amanda) Soergel of Greenville, Tenn., Stephanie (Ryan) Weyandt of Butler and Bradley (Amber) Soergel of Zelienople; and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

RUDISH — Friends of Mildred Arletta Rudish, who died Monday, Jan. 22, 2024, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Seth McClymonds officiating.

Interment will follow in Zion Church Cemetery.
