SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:
Joseph Alan Coburn, 23, of Beaver Falls had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Coburn July 24, 2004, with burglary, conspire burglary, conspire theft by unlawful taking, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Craig A. Kelly, 20, of North Cambria had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock Police charged Kelly Dec. 14 with driving under the influence and careless driving.
Allison Marie Maziarz, 21, of Meadville had her case waived to court. Slippery Rock Police charged Maziarz Dec. 15 with driving under the influence, reckless driving, accident involving damage to attended vehicle and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property.
Michael Lee Miller, 22, of Mercersburg had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock Police charged Miller Dec. 15 with driving under the influence and driving the wrong way.
Brian J. Cianchetti, 28, of 117 W. Muntz Ave., Butler, had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Cianchetti Dec. 15 with driving under the influence and trespass by motor vehicle.
