CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Brian D. Pfendler, 23, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 8 by Butler County detectives with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.

Ronald Joseph Goetz, Jr., 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 27 by the Cranberry Township police with loitering and prowling at nighttime, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Wildred Dangcil, 35, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 20 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving at safe speeds.

Gregory Allan Scott, 45, of Amherst, N.Y., waived his case to court. He was charged June 27 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving at safe speeds and failure to stop at traffic control signals.

EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Adam Lee Hilliard, 27, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged June 22 by the Lancaster Township police with attempted burglary, possession of an instrument of crime, burglary, criminal trespass, two counts of receiving stolen property, driving an unregistered vehicle, theft by unlawful taking, two counts of limitations on driving on the left side of the roadway, two counts of approaching an intersection improperly, two counts of driver's view obstructed, two counts of failing to obey duties at a stop sign, two counts of failure to yield at a yield signal, four counts of turning movements and required signals, speeding, three counts of careless driving, fleeing or attempting to allude an officer, fleeing or attempting to allude signal, six counts of reckless driving, damage to unattended property, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, loitering and prowling at nighttime, operating without proper insurance, driving with a suspended license, displaying a known fictitious/stolen license plate, operating without proper inspection, subsequent conviction of general offenses, fraudulent use/removal of a registration plate or card, misuse of a license plate/card and displaying a license plate improperly.Kurt F. Hufnagel, 42, of Butler had his case held for court. He was charged May 31 by the Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, duties at a stop sign, failure to yield at a yield signal, failure to yield right and restrictions on alcohol beverages.Ronald W. Steighner, Jr., 20, of Butler had his case held for court. He was charged May 31 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and speeding.Bradley Jay Lutz, 50, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Thomas William Keaney, 51, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 9 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.David Jay Burns, 48, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 9 by the Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Christopher Alan Blair, 23, of Evans City had his case held for court. He was charged June 24 by the Evans City police with corruption of minors and selling/furnishing alcohol to minors.Verne Isaac Davis, 29, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 14 by the state police with accidents involving injury, driving with a suspended license, operating with insurance, failure to keep right and driving at safe speeds.Landon C. Noullet, 29, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 21 by the Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and driving at safe speeds.Dave C. Irwin, 34, of Forestville, Pa. waived his case to court. He was charged June 13 by the Zelienople police with accidents involving injury, driving with a suspended license and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.
