Debra Montgomery
Debra Brandon Montgomery, 52, of Pine Township, Mercer County, died Sunday at UPMC Montefiore Hospital, after a three-month stay.
Born Nov. 16, 1955, in Grove City, she was the daughter of Alfred D. "Dick"Brandon and the late Eunice Gibson Brandon.
She is survived by her husband, John Courtney Montgomery, whom she married July 31, 1985.
She attended the Tower Presbyterian Church, Grove City
She was a 1973 graduate of Slippery Rock High School, and she attended the New Castle School of Business and Slippery Rock University. She was gifted artistically and musically. She was a musician who played the saxophone and enjoyed playing the piano. An avid golfer, she was a member of the Grove City Country Club where she was the former Ladies Club Champion and she was also a member of Bermuda Dunes Country Club, Bermuda Dunes, Calif., where she was a member of the ladies league.
She is survived by a stepdaughter, Stacy Schell and her husband William "Bill" of Englewood, Fla.; her father and his wife, Veva Jean, of Grove City; a sister, Jacquie Isacco and her husband, Ron, of Slippery Rock; a brother, Richard Brandon and his wife, Patty, of Slippery Rock; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her mother; a daughter, Brandi Montgomery; and a stepdaughter, Missy Montgomery.
<B>MONTGOMERY</B>— Friends of Debra Brandon Montgomery, who died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at <B>Cunningham Funeral Home</B>, 306 Bessemer Ave, Grove City.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev.
