SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Thomas Caldwell, 55, of Cabot waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 15 by state police.

Thomas Dausey, Jr., 38, no address given, waived to court two counts receiving stolen property and one count of theft, filed Dec. 18 by Buffalo Township police.

James Dozier, 42, of Pittsburgh waived to court two counts of receiving stolen property and one count each of theft and driving under a suspended license, filed Dec, 18 by Buffalo Township police.

Elizabeth King, 25, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, failure to obey stop and yield signs, and careless driving, filed Oct. 10 by state police.

Keith Kovalsky, 30, of West Mifflin was held for court on charges of DUI, DUI controlled substance (pills, oxycodone) and general lighting requirements, filed Aug. 31 by state police.

Clint Nagle, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed Dec. 6 by state police. Nagle was sentenced to pay $244.50 in fines and court costs.

John O'Brien, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 11 by state police. O'Brien was sentenced to pay $444.50 in fines and court costs.
