A vehicle driven by Olga Fatalsky, 85, of Butler rear-ended a vehicle driven by Maryann Coyle, 68, of Butler, at 10:35 a.m. Wednesday on North Duffy Road in Butler Township. Fatalsky was cited for driving at an unsafe speed. A police item in Friday’s edition misidentified the driver who caused the accident.
