Butler PoliceFriday — Police charged Stephanie A. Brown, 28, of Butler in connection with a suspected heroin overdose Oct. 25 at her apartment in the 400 block of West New Castle Street.Paramedics helped revive Brown, who was barely conscious and “extremely impaired,” according to court documents. Brown’s mother told authorities the suspect had ingested heroin.Police said they found three empty stamp bags of suspected heroin on her bed. She was eventually taken to Butler Memorial Hospital. Brown is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.11:04 a.m. Oct. 28 — Nicolas C. Feitl, 28, of Butler was caught with nine pills of the opioid pain medication tramadol, for which he did not have a prescription, after he was arrested on a warrant at his apartment in the 400 block of West New Castle Street.Feitl is charged with possession of a controlled substance.
