SLIPPERY ROCK - District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:

Ira Wade Sheatz, 52, of Cochranton had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Sheatz on Aug. 22 with open lewdness and disorderly conduct.

Peter A. Cicero III, 18, of Preto had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Cicero on Aug. 30 with two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of small amounts of marijuana.

Robert A. Pope, 18, of Pittsburgh had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Pope on Aug. 30 with two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of small amounts of marijuana.

David Joseph Floravit, 21, of St. Marys had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Floravit on Aug. 30 with driving under the influence general impairment, driving under the influence with a high rate of alcohol, period for requiring lighted lamps and careless driving.

Joseph Edward Layer, 45, of Pittsburgh had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Layer Sept. 6 with driving under the influence general impairment, driving under the influence with the highest rate of alcohol and maximum speed limits.

Matthew Leonard Good, 21, Johnstown had his case sent to the court of common pleas. Slippery Rock Police charged Good on Sept. 6 with driving under the influence general impairment, driving under the influence with a high rate of alcohol, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and duties at a stop sign.

Stephen T. Gilkinson, 19, of Waltsburg had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock Police charged Gilkinson on Sept. 6 with possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.Inside sunday

SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:David Allen, 24, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving a car with an expired inspection, filed July 16 by Middlesex Township police.Brent Bonnett, 39, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed July 13 by Middlesex Township police.Jason Donahue, 23, of Freeport waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy and theft from a motor vehicle, filed July 14 by the regional Auto Theft Task Force.Stephanee Feltmate, 20, of East Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and underage drinking, filed June 21 by Penn Township police.Jeanette Fleeger, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed July 13 by Middlesex Township police.Shayne Himelinski, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 5 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $429.50 in fines and court costs.Jesse Lipinsky, 19, of Valencia pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Aug. 11 by Middlesex Township police. He was ordered to pay $454.50 in fines and court costs.Alton Mack Jr., 42, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of bad check, filed July 25 by Middlesex Township police. He was ordered to pay $1,270.19 in restitution, fines and court costs.Michael Maxin, 25, of Tarentum waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy, filed July 14 by the regional Auto Theft Task Force.William Mellish, 33, no known address, was held for court on charges of false identification to law enforcement authorities and driving with a suspended license, filed July 11 by Buffalo Township police.Thomas Mellon Jr., 19, pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Aug. 11 by Middlesex Township police. He was ordered to pay $454.50 in fines and court costs.Michael Miller, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Aug. 18 by Penn Township police.Michael Wachinski II, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Aug. 23 by Buffalo Township police.
