Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Nov. 21 — Kendra S. Voorhies, 26, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her Nov. 17 on Route 228. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.122%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Buffalo Twp

Nov. 21 — Lanae Mills, 29, of Pittsburgh, was charged with use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with empty stamp bags of suspected heroin.

Nov. 21 — Cory L. Synan, 43, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony drug sales and three counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with 11 syringes, a scale, copper scouring pads, spoons, five bags of suspected cocaine, suspected marijuana, suspected heroin, a pipe, pills, and a grinder.

Butler City

Nov. 22 — Derik D. Stewart, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he punched someone multiple times.

Nov. 22 — Jonathan K. Maker, 58, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with suspected crack cocaine.

Nov. 21 — Katie J. Heigley, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said she hit and scratched someone.

Butler County Detectives

Nov. 22 — Qualin A. Davis, 41, of Butler, was charged with two counts of felony contraband. Police said he was found with suspected fentanyl pills.

Butler Twp

Nov. 21 — Christina N. Zarnick, 39, of Butler, was charged with two counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with hypodermic needles and a bundle of suspected heroin.

Cranberry Twp

Dec. 8 — Victor O. Mancebo, 36, of Reading, was charged with felonies conspiracy and theft. Police said he stole tires worth $5,174 without paying for them.

Nov. 21 — Makenna R. Gaydos, 20, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor false incrimination. Police said she falsely accused someone of making unauthorized charges to a credit card.

Nov. 21 — Katherine C. Willis, 58, of Ambridge, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said she wrote a check to Lowe’s with insufficient funds for a gift card.

Middlesex Twp

Nov. 21 — Travis F. Brown, 35, of Monroeville, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks. Police said he issued a check for $3,166 with insufficient funds.

State police, Butler

Nov. 21 — April D. Hemphill, 38, of West Sunbury, was charged with felony theft. Police said she removed three rings and three necklaces from a home in Center Township.

Nov. 21 — Justin L. Schnur, 41, of East Liverpool, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor DUI and several citations for depositing waste on the road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.161%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 21 — Darla J. Ressler, 41, of Penn, was charged with felony theft. Police said she took a vehicle that was not hers.

Nov. 21 — Anthony M. Leyva, 34, of Berwyn, Ill., was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with a small amount of suspected marijuana.

Nov. 21 — Shelley M. Roman, 49, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with five stamp bags of suspected heroin/fentanyl.

Nov. 21 — Kaleb M. Kamerer, 22, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Nov. 18 on Route 8, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.096%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 21 — John S. Martucci, 66, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle Feb. 23 on Route 422, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.177%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 21 — Braiden H. Chestnut, 25, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor false statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Logan’s Gun Gallery, in Washington Township.

Nov. 21 — Mark A. Ellis, 55, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Mahood Road, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.153%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Zelienople

Nov. 21 — Easton L. Palamides, 18, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor eluding police. Police said he was doing wheelies on his motorcycle and did not yield for a traffic stop.
