Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts.
Nov. 16 — Alan C. McDonald, 30, of Chicora, was charged in two cases with misdemeanors DUI, drug possession, counterfeiting and theft after police stopped him Nov. 13 on Jameson Street, Petrolia. Police said he showed signs of impairment and attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 bill at Dollar General in Donegal Township. He was found with five grams of methamphetamine, empty stamp bags and straws, police said.
Nov. 16 — Anthony S. Carbin, 36, of Parker, was charged with felony theft of a catalytic converter and misdemeanor theft. Police said he removed a catalytic converter from a vehicle and sold it for scrap.
Nov. 16 — Corey A. Stewart, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after he crashed his motorcycle June 1 on Rimp Road, Summit Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.097% with traces of THC and benzoylecgonine. A small amount of suspected marijuana and THC were found on his person, police said.
