Tuesday - An unidentified vehicle overnight struck a car parked at the Hickory Street home of Gary McCue and did not stop.

Tuesday - Two dirt bikes, a riding lawnmower and a pair of archery bows were taken from a garage in a burglary at an Alderson Road home in Clinton Township. The burglary occurred between noon Thursday and 2 p.m. Tuesday.Monday - About $600 in quarters and dollar coins were taken in a burglary at a Cherry Lane home in Clinton Township. The burglary occurred between May 22 and Monday.Monday - Vandals smashed a window with beer cans at the Butler Hunting and Fishing Club building in Summit Township. The window screen and blinds were also cut in the vandalism between 9 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday.2:05 a.m. Saturday - Jobie Peth, 28, of Renfrew was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 68 in Connoquenessing Township.12:07 a.m. Saturday - A vehicle driven by Jeffrey Hill Jr., 20, of Sarver pulled out of a driveway onto Route 356 in Buffalo Township and collided with a police cruiser driven by patrolman Timothy Derringer, 26, who suffered minor injuries. Police said both vehicles sustained minor damage.Friday - A number of vehicles at Jamison's Auto Sales on Oneida Valley Road in Washington Township were vandalized overnight. The vehicles sustained broken windows, "keyed" bodies and slashed seats. Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to call the barracks at 724-284-8100.May 24 - About 50 pieces of unfinished wallboard and trim valued at $950 were taken from a construction site at the Plantation housing development in Saxonburg. The theft occurred between 6:30 a.m. May 22 and 8 a.m. May 24.

3:50 p.m. Saturday - A motorcycle driven by William Krieble Jr., 23, of Rimersburg crashed into a guardrail on Route 68 in Toby Township, Clarion County. Krieble, who was wearing a helmet, was thrown from the motorcycle and struck a tree.He was flown by medical helicopter with undisclosed injuries to Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh. His condition was not known this morning.

4:50 p.m. Tuesday - A car driven by Melanie McDowell, no age given, of Clintonville, Venango County, struck an embankment along Courtney Mill Road in Liberty Township. McDowell, who was wearing a seatbelt, suffered minor injuries.12:30 p.m. Tuesday - One person was injured in a three-vehicle crash on Route 58 in Pine Township, Mercer County.The crash occurred when a car driven by Robert Boyer, 28, of Clintonville and a pickup driven by Kenneth Long, 52, of Grove City collided near Fleming Road. The collision forced Boyer's car into another pickup driven by Justin Tracey, 25, of Grove City.Boyer, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was taken with moderate injuries to United Community Hospital in Grove City.

2:11 a.m. May 15 - Joel Iman, 22, of Evans City was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, and failing to immediately notify the police of an accident.A car driven by Iman overturned on a hill on Fanker Road after he was trying to reach for a compact disk on the floor of the car. The driver, then left the scene and returned home to sleep, police said. Before the vehicle was towed, a pipe with marijuana and an empty beer bottle were found in the car.
