Le’Anne Rosthauser, born on Nov. 18, 1977, in Erie, Pa., departed this world on Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023, in Washington, Pa. Le’Anne also previously lived in Harrisburg, Butler and Harmony.

Le’Anne was known for her kind soul and a personality that combined a gentle spirit with a contagious sense of fun and a dash of spitfire. She touched the lives of those around her with warmth and a smile, creating lasting memories for everyone fortunate enough to know her. In her youth, Le’Anne danced with the Little Dance Studio for 19 years and was part of a special performance group. She graduated from McDowell High School in 1996.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Morgen Pencille; and her mother, Jean Vaughn; along with her brothers, Edward Zukowski III (Cristina) and Wayne Zukowski (Saeunn). Le’Anne also leaves behind three nieces, Gretchen, Ally and Madison; and a nephew, Markus; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Rosthauser; and her sister; Melanie Rosthauser.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Transitions Healthcare in Washington, Pa., for the compassionate care and kindness shown to Le’Anne during her time there. They said she was well known for her spunky character.

ROSTHAUSER — Friends and family of Le’Anne Rosthauser, who died Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023, are invited to pay their respects and celebrate Le’Anne's life from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at BRUGGER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, Pine Ave. Branch, 845 E. 38th Street, Erie. A lunch will be provided at nearby Cornerstone Bar & Grill, 809 E. 38th St., after.
