Happy Birthday My Beautiful Son!

The day you were born, you were all mine!

We celebrated every year for 18 years with love and laughter!

Then you were no longer here, no longer mine to celebrate another year of your life.

Today, on this day, the day of your birth, I will celebrate quietly.

I will reflect on all the love and laughter you gave me.

I will thank God for the 18 years I had you!

I will smile when I see you as my little Boy (Tony the Tiger) standing on a chair, leaning over a big birthday cake, blowing out your candles.

Then I will cry because my heart aches for one more birthday, one more deep breath from you to blow out one more candle.

Memories are all I have.

Memories are a gift.

A Gift no one can take.

A Gift that you gave me!
