Carol L. Balfour, 59, of Sanford, Fla., formerly of Mars, died Thursday afternoon at her home.

Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on Dec. 9, 1951, she was the daughter of John and Jean Cowan Balfour, who are deceased.

Carol was an insurance adjuster for AIG and Farmer's Insurance.

Surviving are a daughter, Erin Rogers, and a son, Matthew Rogers, both in Florida, and two sisters, Joan Balfour of Butler, and Patricia Fraser and her husband Kenneth, of Valencia.
