Richard and Beverly Hogan

Richard and Beverly Hogan of Butler will celebrate 50 years of marriage with a family dinner Saturday at the Cider House in Gibsonia.

Hogan married the former Beverly Benz on Dec. 27, 1958, at the Mount Lebanon Methodist Church in Pittsburgh.

They have four children, Nancy Hogan of Luton, England; Judi Bookhamer of Clearfield; Kathi Moore of Butler; and Bill Hogan of Gibsonia.

They also have six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Hogan is retired from working for more than 40 years as a chemical engineer for Indspec Chemical Company.

Mrs. Hogan is a registered nurse and is retired from teaching nursing at Butler County Community College.

The Hogans are actively involved in Christ's Outreach Church in Butler.
