Patrick J. Dickson

Patrick J. Dickson, 59, of Cranberry Township died unexpectedly Tuesday.

He was born in Tacoma, Wash., July 20, 1945.

Patrick had a broad knowledge of history, a remarkable memory and was an avid movie collector.

He worked for US Steel Realty & Development for more than 35 years. He attended Northern Virginia Community College and the University of Washington.

Patrick had a great sense of humor and loved his family. Patrick was preceded in death by his father, Bernie. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Wilma; his mother, Louise of Seattle; his brothers, Alan and Gordon of Los Angeles and Ron of Seattle; his three proud children, Kevin and Andrew Dickson and Shona Doemling; his favorite son-in-law Joe; Andrew's girlfriend Natasha Cech; and his beloved grandchildren, Ian and Nicole Doemling.

DICKSON - Friends of Patrick J. Dickson, who died Tuesday, March 1, 2005, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Kilian Roman Catholic Church, 212 Hook St., Mars. A luncheon will follow.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Pittsburgh, c/o National City Bank, 3474 William Penn Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15235, in memory of Patrick.On-line condolences and information are available at www.glennkildoofuneralhome.com.
