Pedicone

Guy W. Pedicone, 91, of Gibsonia, passed away Friday, Oct. 20, 2023.

Born in Pittsburgh on March 15, 1932, he was the son of the late Frank and Rose (DiCicco) Pedicone.

A U.S. Army veteran, Guy started Pedicone Plumbing in 1959 which he owned and operated for 64 years. He served his community in many ways throughout his life, serving on the Richland Township Board of Supervisors, Richland Paramedic, and Richland Volunteer Fire Department where he was Fire Chief and Fire Marshall, and he was a longtime member of John E. Mair Masonic Lodge 729 F&M.

He was the beloved husband for 67 years of the late Rose F. (Pale) Pedicone; loving father of Larry (Karen) Pedicone and Guy (Elaine) Pedicone; brother of the late Michael, Marie and Connie; proud grandfather of Larry (Christine) Pedicone, Angela (David) Pierce, Michelle (Michael) Uram, Stephen (Betsy) Pedicone and Kristin (Ross) Seibert; great-grandfather of Leo, Chase, Giana, Luca, Seth, Andrew, Claire and Kaylee; and dear companion of Donna Turner.

PEDICONE — Friends of Guy W. Pedicone, who died Friday, Oct. 20, 2023, will be received from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Mark the Evangelist Parish, St. Kilian Roman Catholic Church, Cranberry Township.

Interment will follow in Holy Savior Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or Shriners Hospital for Children.
