The Honzos in 1960

Fred and Marie Honzo of Saxonburg will celebrate 50 years of marriage with a family dinner. A family vacation to Myrtle Beach, S.C., is planned for summer.

Honzo married the former Marie Doctor on April 23, 1960, at St. Paul Church in Butler.

They have two children, Joe Honzo of Saxonburg and Lisa (Honzo) Lassiter of Myrtle Beach, S.C.

They also have four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Honzo is retired from Major Supply. He enjoys golf and watching the Penguins and Steelers.

Mrs. Honzo is retired from the Mushroom Mine after 30 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to bingo.The Honzos are members of St. Joseph Church in Cabot.
