Barry J. Sutch
Barry J. Sutch, 66, of Beaver Falls, formerly of Callery, died Tuesday.
Born May 12, 1944, in Butler, he was the son of the late Mike and Genevieve (Cart-wright) Sutch.
Barry was deeply loved by his daughters, granddaughters, brothers and his entire family. He was very proud of the Sutch name and his Romanian heritage.
Barry was born and raised in Callery and graduated from Evans City High School, where he played basketball.
He was an avid Steeler fan and golfer, and he enjoyed fishing with his buddies in Canada.
He was a member of the Elks, the American Legion, the VFW, the Masonic Lodge, the Eagles, and the Tri-Boro Golf League, and he was the Scooter Club president.
While employed at Controlled Blasting, Barry held a “Class A” blasting license in Pennsylvania. Before operating Sutch Home Inspections, LLC, he also was employed by Best Builders for 10 years.
He is survived by two daughters, Kimberly DeMonaco of Tennessee and Renea Best (Greg) of Chippewa Township; two brothers, Michael L. Sutch (Linda) of Idaho and Douglas G. Sutch (Nedra) of Evans City; and three granddaughters, Tayler Best, Alexa Alahouzos and Angela DeMonaco.
