Donald and Josephine Acquaviva of Butler celebrated 65 years of marriage recently with a family dinner.

The former Josephine Gagliano married Acquaviva on May 11, 1940, at

St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church in Bessemer

They have four children, Donald Acquaviva Jr., Carl Acquaviva, Patrick Acquaviva and Apryle Acquaviva, all of Butler.

They also have 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Acquaviva is retired from Armco. He is a member of the Moose Club, the Sons of Italy and Cubs Hall.

Mrs. Acquaviva is a homemaker. She enjoys golfing.

The couple belongs to St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
