Dementia Friends to lead program at library in Saxonburg
Interacting with Dementia will be offered at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, at the South Butler Community Library, 240 W. Main St., Saxonburg.
The forum is for those who love or are caring for someone who has been diagnosed with any form of dementia or those who are unaware of the impact the diagnosis can have on families.
Michelle Govan of Dementia Friends will discuss five key messages about dementia and touch on what it is like to live with dementia.
Registration is preferred at 724-504-5512. Refreshments will be provided.
