BUTLER CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE
Gwen Atkinson and Deb Shutak will be provide music for the 10:45 a.m. Sunday service at Butler Church of the Nazarene, 4410 Oakdale Road and Route 68. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Barry Mohney, retired minister of Nazarene Village. There will no evening service.
Wednesday will be the last regular session for the Caravan Kids Club for the season.
CENTER PRESBY
The summer worship schedule at Center Presbyterian Church, 211 Center St., Slippery Rock, will begin June 12. Services will be held at 8:30 and 10 a.m. Sundays.
This is the last week of Sunday school classes for the season. The program will resume Sept. 11.
CHRIST COMMUNITY U.M.
The summer schedule of worship begins with weekend services this week at Christ Community United Methodist Church, 205 N. Duffy Road. Services will be held at 6:30 p.m. Saturdays and 8:30 and 10 a.m. Sundays.
Ray Hankey will speak to the congregation during the 8:30 a.m. Sunday service.
Volunteers are needed to paint the new district superintendent's parsonage in Harmony on Friday. To participate, contact Don Loomis for times and location.

Youth group members are collecting usable items for the June 4 rummage sale.
Craft items, school supplies, and small toys are being collected for the Dominican Republic mission trip. Donations will be collected at worship services in June and July.

A Memorial Day program will be held during the 10:30 a.m. Sunday service at Christ's Outreach Church, 120 Walker Ave. A PowerPoint presentation honoring deceased loved ones will be shown.

A "noisy offering" of coins will be collected during the 11 a.m. Sunday service at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 230 E. Jefferson St.

Graduation ceremonies for kindergartners and sixth graders of First Baptist Christian School will be held at 7 p.m. today at First Baptist Church, 221 W. New Castle St.
Members of the Komoma Sunday school class and guests will participate in an international dinner at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the home of Steven and Janet White. Each family should take an ethnic dish to share and a board game.

Cici's Pizza at Moraine Pointe Plaza will sponsor a "fish bowl" night every four weeks to benefit Sarah Tapagek. On these evenings 10 percent of the bill goes into the bowl if you mention her name. The next bowl is scheduled for June 2.

The Thursday morning Bible study groups of Glade Run United Presbyterian Church, 1091 Pittsburgh Road, Valencia, will not meet until the end of Summer.

A time of honor and recognition for veterans will be held Sunday at New Life Christian Ministries, Knoch School Auditorium, 345 Knoch Road, Saxonburg. Sgt. Matthew Miller, stationed with the 173rd Airborne in Afghanistan will share thoughts, via the Internet, on his service in Afghanistan and how his faith in God guides him each day.
A special Fifth Sunday Kid's Community event will be held Sunday, following the children's time in the service. A time of Bible study and prayer will be held and then Sue Yaracs will tell about the Collie Rescue program.
The middle school and senior high Bible studies for Sunday are postponed.
The church offices will be closed on Monday in recognition of the Memorial Day.
