Concordia Lutheran Ministries will host its annual Oktoberfest from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7 at Haven I on the Cabot campus, 112 Marwood Road, Jefferson Township. The event is free and open to the public.

The Mikey Dee Polka Band will perform from 4 to 7:30 p.m., followed by a fireworks display by Pyrotecnico at 7:45 p.m.

Tours of the Concordia Haven apartments, a blood pressure and flu shot clinic, bake sale and other activities will be held at the event.

German-themed food will be available for purchase, as will apple cider and Oktoberfest-themed beer. Children age 12 and younger will receive free food vouchers, and many free activities will be available for children.
