CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Jeffrey Phillip Mansfield, 25, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 5 by Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit a theft from a motor vehicle.

Christopher Jay Petrak, 29, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 24 by township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Lucas Edward Bell, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 30 by township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of a controlled substance combination alcohol/drugs, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment.

Cortney Jean Weaver, 27, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 13 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol

,

driving with a suspended license and careless driving.

Michael R. Sapienza, 28, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 16 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving, disregard of traffic lane and driving too slow for conditions.

Gerald D. Battista, 38, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 27 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, turning movements and required signals and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

Michelle Barkley, 21, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 13 by Cranberry Township police with filing false report to law enforcement authorities.

Paula Jean Zuravitch, 27, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 30 by township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Joshua William Schaffer, 22, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 24 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.Gregory D. Chernosky, 26, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 8 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to obey duties at a stop sign and speeding.Derek Leroy McCance, 18, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 23 by the Lancaster Township police with harassment, stalking and intent to place in fear and making terroristic threats.John D. Clark III, 37 of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 2 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing or attempting to allude officers, fleeing or attempting to allude signals, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, driving without insurance and failure to keep right.Laura B. Smith, 36, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 16 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and restrictions of alcoholic beverages.John Martin Faherty, 40, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 29 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence while operating a commercial vehicle, and operating a commercial or school bus with any alcohol present in the system.
