Bill's Beer Burgers for a Crowd

This is a good way to prepare juicy burgers for a crowd.

Pour beer (or ginger ale) into a foil roasting pan. Place the pan on the warming portion of the grill. Grill hamburgers to medium doneness. Transfer cooked hamburgers to the roasting pan.

When the crowd is ready to eat, put hamburgers back on the grill as needed and “flame them off” on high heat, that is, cook them for about 30 seconds.
