Ida W. Bicker Smith of Concordia at Cabot Personal Care, formerly of Natrona Heights, celebrated her 100th birthday with a birthday dinner with family and friends from Haven II and a reception at Lund Care Center on the Concordia at Cabot campus.

Mrs. Smith was born April 19, 1917, on Cornplanter Road between Cabot and Winfield. She married the late Paul M. Smith on June 30, 1937, in Irwin.

She has two children, Carole Jean (Art) Gildner of Natrona Heights and Marilynn K. (Nick) Grant of Ortonville, Mich.

She has six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Smith worked in the billing and insurance department at Allegheny Valley Hospital.

She is a member of First United Presbyterian Church in Tarentum. She enjoys knitting, crocheting, sewing, puzzles and reading.
