Marjory Adams
Marjory A. Park Adams, 92, of Valencia, Middlesex Township, died on Monday, Sept. 18, 2023.
Born in Valencia on Jan. 27, 1931, she was the daughter of the late William and Maude Martin Park and beloved wife of the late George Thomas Adams.
She was the loving mother of Anne (David) McElhatten of Clearwater, Fla., Susan Ransom of Rose Hill, Kan., Joyce (Scott) Simpson of Bonner Springs, Kan., and Janet Adams of Valencia; dear sister of James C. Park of Richmond, Va., the late Robert Park, Dean M. Park, Wayne C. Park and Betty L. Danner; loving grandmother of Melissa Babiak, Ashley McElhatten, Joshua (Laura) Ransom, Stephanie (Dustin) Altic, Laura (Caleb) Sackett and Nathan (Bailey) Simpson; and great-grandmother of Landon, Chase, Isabella, Gage, Kara, Cora, Kelby, Clara, Kennedy, Micah, Creston and Wyatt. She is also survived by her “chosen daughters,” Elsie Nicholson, Tammy Dupe, Rose McDonough and Jodi (Marty) McKinney.
Marjory was a devoted member of First Presbyterian Church of Bakerstown where she was a deacon, elder, past president of the Women's Circle, participated in Bible study and taught Sunday school. She loved to bake, travel and spend winters in Florida.
