Robert and Sharon Ordy

Robert and Sharon Ordy of Butler, celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner at Timber Creek Restaurant in Grove City and a trip to North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Ordy married the former Sharon Sankey Aug. 20, 1967, at West Sunbury United Presbyterian Church in West Sunbury.

They have three children, Leslie (Dave) Spinneweber of Butler, Robert (Tammy) Ordy of Butler and Shannon (Matt) Strawbridge of Prospect.

They also have 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Ordy retired from Kmart and Kelly Chevrolet sales.

Mrs. Ordy retired from Kerr's Furniture and Saxony House Furniture sales.

The Ordys attend Community Alliance Church in Butler.
