Bridget and Herman Neff

Mr. and Mrs. Herman A. Neff of Chicora celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner.

Neff married the former Bridget A. Elwinger on Sept. 9, 1967, at Mater Dolorosa Roman Catholic Church in Chicora.

They have five children, Deborah E. Neff, Matthew C. Neff, Arthur W. Neff and Lucille Neff, all of Chicora, and Veronica Neff of Butler.

They also have five grandchildren.

Neff worked at Pullman Standard until it closed. He is a water well driller.

Mrs. Neff is a retired nurse and was employed at Butler Memorial Hospital.

The Neffs are members of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Chicora, where Mrs. Neff is a member of the Christian Mothers.
