Vivian I. Casher
Vivian I. Casher, 94, of Lyndora died Saturday at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.
Born June 10, 1913, in Chicago, she was a daughter of Robert C. and Margaret Long Agnew.
Mrs. Casher had worked for five years as a bookkeeper for Montgomery Ward on Main Street in Butler. She also was a cashier for the former Gaylord's Department store in Butler from 1968 to 1983. She then worked for two years at the Gemstone Jewelry Store at the Clearview Mall.
She was a Roman Catholic.
Her husband, Frank Casher, preceded her in death on April 15, 1968. Her stepbrother and a half-sister also preceded her.
Surviving her is a goddaughter, Julie Sheptak, of Butler, and several nieces and nephews.
<B>CASHER</B> — There will be no visitation for Vivian I. Casher, who died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007.The <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B> will provide cremation services.Burial will take place at the Calvary Cemetery in Butler.
