David E. Riddle
David E. Riddle, 64, of Duluth, Ga., passed away Monday.
Mr. Riddle was born Jan. 20, 1945, in Butler. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Doris Riddle.
Dave retired from the Tennant Co. as a service representative after 22 years.
He was an avid NASCAR fan and collector, and he enjoyed riding his Harley.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Ruth (Parenti) Riddle of Duluth; a son, Jeff Riddle and his wife, Lisa, of Sandy Springs, Ga.; a daughter, Cheryl Furman and her husband, Scott, of Midlothian, Va.; a son, Stephen Riddle of Duluth; and six grandchildren, Jeffrey, Rachael, Michael and Lucas Riddle and Sarah and Camdton Furman. He also is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Ken and Carrol Riddle of Lyndora; a sister and brother-in-law, Kay and Ray Steffler of Valencia; his mother-in-law, Florence Parenti of Slippery Rock; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Parenti of Butler, Sonja Parenti of Grove City and Joanne Parenti of Dallas, Texas; a brother-in-law, Bill Parenti of Mars; and several nieces and nephews.
<B>RIDDLE</B> — The family of David E. Riddle, who died Monday, Feb. 2, 2009, will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday with a funeral service at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the <B>Bill Head Funeral Home Duluth Chapel</B>.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Duluth First United Methodist, 3208 Duluth Highway 120, Duluth, GA 30096.
