Charles “Bud” and Jane Williams

Charles “Bud” and Jane Williams of Butler, formerly of West Sunbury, are celebrating 70 years of marriage.

Williams married the former Jane Waldenmyer Dec. 19, 1947, at Findleyville Presbyterian Church.

They have two daughters, Dawne W. (Larry) Blazevich of Indio, Calif., and Monroeville, Jody L. Williams of Cranberry Township and the late Suzanne W. Carnevale of Lisle, Ill.

They also have four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Williams retired from Butler School District where he was a teacher. He loved coaching.

Mrs. Williams also is retired.

The couple enjoys golfing. They also enjoyed traveling to American Quarter Horse Association shows with their daughters showing horses.
